While working for Micro Gaming Technologies, I developed an analytical reporting platform by converting old VB script reporting through Excel to SQL stored procedure utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). This involved creating 250 complex stored procedures and 88 total reports and dashboards. The business impact allowed for our sales team to increase cost of our product and our training and marketing team to leverage a new tool.
I created a Title X report file for a healthcare company that allowed for reporting data to the federal government to validate data for grants and funding for our non-profit organization
While working with a casino in Las Vegas, I provided analysis that revitalized player reinvestment, the algorithm utilized a six tiered analysis based on a players recency plus frequency to the casino along with their fiscal value. I also factored in there age, gender and residency to the property along with personal preferences to determine overall worth. This allowed me to index the data and score it for outside users to understand.
